Terms of use
Last updated 29 October 2026
Enact suggests small habits based on content you share. You decide what to do with them, it isn't medical advice, and the test version may change.
By using Enact you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
- What Enact does. Enact reads content you share, such as videos, reels, articles, documents and text, and suggests small habit steps based on it. You decide what becomes part of your routine.
- Test version. Enact is in testing. Features may change, break or be removed, and data on your phone may need to be reset. The test version is free.
- Who can use it. You must be 16 or older.
- Fair use. You may add up to 30 new sources a day. Don't use Enact for content you're not allowed to access, to overload the service, or for anything unlawful.
- Content belongs to its creators. Enact keeps a link to the original and writes steps in its own words. It does not store or republish the original. You are responsible for what you share.
- AI can be wrong. Steps are written by AI and can be incomplete or inaccurate. Check anything important against the original and use your own judgement.
- Not medical advice. The health disclaimer below is part of these terms.
- No guarantee. Enact is provided as it is, without a promise that it will be error-free or always available.
- Liability. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the results of following suggested steps. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
- Ending. You can stop using Enact and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend access in case of misuse, or end the test.
- Changes. We may update these terms. Significant changes are shown in the app.
- Law. These terms are governed by Danish law. Enact is available worldwide, and if you are a consumer, nothing here takes away the rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
Health disclaimer
Enact helps you act on content made by others. It is not a medical, nutritional, fitness or mental health service, and its suggestions are not professional advice.
Before changing your diet, fasting, exercise, breathing practice, cold exposure, supplements or sleep, especially if you are pregnant, have a health condition or take medication, check with a qualified professional. Stop any step that causes pain, dizziness or distress.
Enact will not build steps from content it recognises as unsafe, such as extreme fasting or dangerous doses, but it cannot catch everything. You decide what you do and remain responsible for your own health.
If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact your local emergency services.
